Chuck’s experience in business spans his years as a district sales manager for a Fortune 500 company hiring, supervising, training and supporting insurance agents and their staff, to owning multi-line insurance agencies.
Chuck’s values and leadership were also forged by his experience as a deputy sheriff, Underwater Recovery Team (URT) commander, certified Underwater Homicide Investigator, the sniper on a SWAT team and instructor on the High Angle Rescue Team (HART). He was featured on the nationally televised show Search and Rescue on the History Channel. Watch here!
He holds a B.A. in History and World Religions from the University of Tampa and an M.B.A. in International Management from George Fox University. He also holds post-graduate certificates in executive and personal coaching from the College of Executive Coaching and is a Certified Master Life Coach.
